Ruger Rifles

Sturm, Ruger & Co. was founded in 1949 by William B. Ruger and Alexander McCormick Sturm in Connecticut, USA. From its beginnings as a small firearms manufacturer, Ruger has grown into one of America’s best-known firearm brands.

Ruger has built a strong reputation for producing reliable, practical and durable rifles for hunting, target shooting, recreational shooting and other sporting applications. One of its most recognisable designs is the Ruger 10/22, introduced in 1964, which went on to become one of the world’s most popular rimfire rifle platforms.

Over the decades, Ruger has expanded its rifle range to include popular families such as the American Rifle, Precision Rifle, Hawkeye and No. 1, covering everything from rimfire shooting through to centrefire hunting and long-range applications.

Today, Ruger rifles are recognised worldwide for their combination of American engineering, dependable performance and value, making them a popular choice with shooters of all experience levels.

Northern Vic Ammo Supplies stocks a range of Ruger firearms. Firearms can be purchased in-store or shipped Australia-wide to your preferred licensed firearms dealer for legal transfer. All applicable firearms licensing, Permit to Acquire and state or territory requirements apply.
